New NaTakallam Platform – Beta Testing Guide for Language Partners
Welcome & What This Beta Is About
You are now using the new NaTakallam platform in its beta testing phase.
This phase is all about testing, feedback, and fast iteration.
Because this is a beta:
You might face bugs, missing data, or unexpected behavior.
Any issues you report will be prioritized and fixed as quickly as possible by the tech team.
Your feedback directly shapes the final version of the platform.
Core functionality remains the same as before, with several new and improved features designed specifically to make your work easier and more transparent.
What’s New & Helpful for You
Reschedule sessions instead of canceling when plans change.
Add feedback and star ratings per session.
View student feedback on completed sessions to better understand how to improve learning on both sides.
Cleaner, more intuitive layout, especially optimized for mobile use.
Better visibility on sessions, students, and earnings — all in one place.

Platform Sections Overview
1. Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main hub. It includes three core tabs:
A. Upcoming Sessions
Shows all future sessions from today onward.
For each session, you can:
Access the meeting link
View student information
Cancel or reschedule the session based on your availability
🔹 Beta note:
Under Upcoming Sessions, you’ll see two small sub-tabs:
Sessions from the new platform
Sessions from the old platform
This is temporary. Some students are still on the old system and will be fully migrated by the end of January 2026.
Behavior is the same — only the source differs.
B. Pending Sessions
Includes past sessions (yesterday and earlier) that have not yet been marked.
These sessions require your action.
When you click on a pending session:
You’ll see a form asking whether the student was:
No Show
Show
If No Show → submit and the session moves automatically to Achieved Sessions.
If Show →
Add a star rating
Add written feedback (anything you want: progress, challenges, notes, etc.)
Submit to complete the session
Simple, fast, and no more forgotten sessions.
C. Achieved Sessions
Contains all completed sessions where feedback has already been submitted.
You can:
Review your feedback
See the student’s feedback for the session (new feature 🎉)
This is meant to support continuous improvement and better learning outcomes on both ends.
2. Students List
This section shows a table of your students on the new platform.
For each student, you can see:
Language information
Session history
Last purchased bundle
Filters & Search
Filter students by balance
Search by student name
Filter by language
⚠️ Important:
This list currently includes only students using the new platform.
Once migration is complete, all students will appear here.
3. Transactions & Earnings
This section introduces a new, clearer financial overview.
What You’ll See
A. Earnings
A list of earnings grouped monthly
Includes:
Number of sessions
Total compensation from NaTakallam
Tracks earnings since the date you joined NaTakallam
(New tracking feature)
⚠️ Still partially incomplete during beta because not all sessions are migrated yet.
This will be fully accurate with the official launch.
B. Transactions
A list of receipts/payments you have received from NaTakallam.
C. Amount Due
Shows how much NaTakallam currently owes you.
Formula:
Total Amount Due = Total Earnings – Your Transactions
Clear, transparent, and easy to track.
4. Resources Library
Same purpose as before — now better designed.
Teaching resources to support your learning journey
More user-friendly layout
You can easily share resources with students
5. Placement Resources
Resources to support you in assessing students who took placement tests and guiding them through their learning journey.
Filtered by language:
Arabic
French
Spanish
6. Additional Activities (Coming Soon)
This section is not fully active yet, but will soon include:
School sessions
Access to the Arabic for Professionals courses dashboard (for instructors)
LP community events
More activities and opportunities in the future
7. Help Section
Currently links to the old Help Center
This will soon be upgraded to include:
Guides
Walkthroughs
Support content specific to the new platform
8. Top Bar & Profile Settings
From the top bar, you can access:
Profile
Edit your personal information
Availability
Select your timezone
Set your availability directly in the platform
❌ No need to define breaks or days off here
✔️ Simply block time in your Google Calendar, and you’re good
Security
Update your password
Log out
