NaTakallam Payment System

• Hourly Rate: All sessions are paid at a standard rate, based on the different services.

• Bonus System: For every 100 completed session hours of B2C services, you receive a $100 bonus in addition to the standard rate.

• Session Tracking: Sessions are calculated based on those scheduled and completed through the NaTakallam platform.

• Monthly Tally: The total number of hours completed is counted at the end of each calendar month.

You can always view your session count, earnings, and bonus progress in real time via your Language Partner Dashboard.

At the end of each month:

1. You will receive an email from NaTakallam with:

   • The total number of session hours you completed during the month.

   • The total amount earned, including any bonuses if applicable.

2. In this email, you will be asked to confirm whether you would like to receive the payment or postpone it.

3. You must reply to this email to confirm your choice.

   • If you wish to receive your payment, reply clearly with confirmation.

   • If you prefer to postpone, indicate so in your reply.

⚠️ Important: Payments are only processed after you confirm via email.

Once you have confirmed your willingness to receive the payment, the following applies:

• Payment will be processed within 15 days from your confirmation.

• Therefore, if you confirm at the end of the month, please allow until the 15th of the following month for the payment to be completed.
