NaTakallam Dashboard: Missed sessions/no-show and Cancellation

Canceling sessions:

On your dashboard, you can see all the scheduled appointments and cancel any in case required. Make sure to inform the student whenever canceling a session by sending them an email.

The student will get recredited automatically when you cancel the session on the platform so they can schedule with you on a different time/date.

To cancel a session:

  1. Click on the " Cancel" button next to the session you would like to cancel

Once the session is canceled, it will marked as so on the dashboard and both you and the student will receive an emails informing you that the session is canceled.

The Google Calendar invite will be canceled as well.

You can only cancel sessions that are scheduled in future. Past sessions cannot be canceled

Student Cancellation

Students can cancel their sessions up to 24 hours in advance on their student dashboard.

  • If they want to cancel in less than 24 hours, it's up to you to decide whether you would like to cancel the session on their behalf from your dashboard.

  • You can follow the steps mentioned above to cancel it.

Missed session

If your student didn't show up after waiting for 15 minutes, kindly make sure to mark it as a "No-show".

  • To do so, please go to Timesheet section

  • There should be a button called "Student didn't show?" under the "Student Attendance" column.

  • Click on it to mark it as no show.
