Trial Session_Guidelines

Users can sign up to trial session through NaTakallam website.

The trial sessions are of a an-hour length.

During the trial the Language Partners are encouraged to motivate users and structure sessions according to the user’s language level, goals, and interests.

Before the session:

• Introduce yourself to the user by email and ask about their past language experience and learning expectations.

• If user have completed the language placement

  • Review the user's language placement information from your dashboard, under the "Student List"

  • Tailor the session contents based on the additional activities related to the language placement available in your dashboard under "Language Placement Resources:

• If user have not completed the language placement, review the user's information from the email to understand their language background and tailor the session according it.

During the session:

1. Start by introducing yourself and having the user introduce themselves.

2. Present your teaching approach and set learning expectations.

3. Interact with the user through the chosen content, being patient and allowing ample time for self-expression.

4. Encourage the user to express themselves and decide whether to correct them during or after the session.

After the session:

• Motivate the user by highlighting the benefits of continued learning with NaTakallam and provide additional resources for practice outside the session.

• Address any questions or concerns and encourage the user to contact NaTakallam for further support.

• Inform user about 10% discount on their first purchase, communicated to them via email from NaTakallam.

• Inform user that they will be able to purchase NaTakallam bundle directly from the user dashboard
